The Flight Pro TWIN X14 Preloaded Model Combo gives compact-warbird pilots a professionally configured FrSky radio system designed specifically for the FMS 800mm F4U Corsair V2 and Arrows 850mm P-51D Mustang. The transmitter is preloaded with custom Flight Pro model files, prebound to the included FrSky TW GR6 receiver, and configured for direct SBUS integration with a compatible FMS Reflex or Arrows Vector flight stabilizer.

The TW GR6 connects to the stabilizer with a single SBUS cable, replacing the separate receiver leads normally required for aileron, elevator, rudder, throttle, and flight-mode control. The result is a cleaner installation with less wiring and fewer connection points.

This is more than a transmitter-and-receiver bundle. It is an aircraft-specific radio solution that preserves the stabilizer’s available flight modes while adding FrSky features such as altitude and vertical-speed telemetry from the receiver’s built-in high-precision variometer, receiver-voltage monitoring, voice alerts, dual rates, and aircraft-specific switch assignments.

TWIN X14 Transmitter – Custom Programmed for Compact Warbirds

The FrSky TWIN X14 is a compact, full-featured transmitter running FrSky’s ETHOS operating system. With simultaneous dual 2.4GHz TW operation, Hall sensor gimbals, voice alerts, vibration feedback, USB-C charging, and support for up to 24 channels, the X14 provides advanced control in a portable radio platform.

Each Flight Pro combo is programmed and tested before shipment with aircraft-specific model files for the FMS 800mm F4U Corsair V2 and Arrows 850mm P-51D Mustang.

Flight Pro Master Model File

The included Master Model File can be cloned and edited for future aircraft. Copy the file, rename it, and adjust the channels, switches, rates, and other settings as needed instead of building every new model from an empty profile.

Single-Cable SBUS Stabilizer Integration

The TW GR6’s SBUS output provides the control channels to a compatible FMS Reflex or Arrows Vector flight stabilizer through one standard three-conductor receiver cable. This replaces multiple individual channel leads between the receiver and stabilizer while retaining aircraft control and stabilizer-mode selection through the programmed X14 model file.

The FMS Corsair profile is intended for an 800mm F4U Corsair V2 equipped with a compatible FMS Reflex flight stabilizer. The Arrows P-51 profile is configured for the factory Vector flight control system supplied with the applicable PNP aircraft.

If your Corsair does not already have a compatible Reflex unit installed, the Reflex must be purchased, installed, and programmed separately to use stabilization.

FMS 800mm F4U Corsair V2 Programming

The Corsair model file is built around the aircraft’s four-channel control layout and is prepared for SBUS connection to a compatible FMS Reflex flight stabilizer. It provides a clean warbird setup while retaining access to the Reflex flight modes available in the installed configuration.

FrSky TW GR6 Receiver – Prebound with SBUS Out and Built-In Variometer

The included FrSky TW GR6 receiver arrives prebound to the TWIN X14 transmitter. It uses FrSky’s TWIN protocol with two active 2.4GHz frequency bands operating simultaneously, rather than a basic active-and-standby arrangement.

The TW GR6 provides six PWM output ports plus one SBUS output. For these Flight Pro aircraft configurations, the SBUS output is used for a simple single-cable connection to the compatible Reflex or Vector stabilizer.

The receiver also includes a high-precision variometer that supplies live altitude and vertical-speed telemetry to the X14 through ETHOS. Pilots can view the data on the transmitter and use voice callouts or alerts to monitor altitude, climbs, and descents.

This combo is designed around FrSky TWIN Series equipment using TW protocol. The included TW GR6 receiver is compatible with FrSky TWIN Series radios and TW-mode RF modules, including the TWIN X14 and TWIN X14S.

The FMS Corsair model file requires a compatible FMS Reflex unit for stabilized flight modes. The Arrows P-51 model file is intended for the factory Vector-equipped 850mm P-51D Mustang. Compatibility can vary with aircraft and stabilizer revisions.

Final control-direction checks, stabilizer correction-direction checks, failsafe verification, range checks, telemetry verification, center-of-gravity checks, and complete preflight inspections must always be performed before flight.
